Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation with a full refund is available if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup time may be subject to fees.

Waiting Time

  • One hour of free waiting time is included after your flight lands.

  • Waiting time starts only after landing.

  • Additional fees may apply: 5 EUR per 30 minutes beyond the free waiting period.

Flight Tracking

Our drivers track your flight using the flight number you provide to ensure timely pickup, even in the case of delays.

Pickup Instructions

Upon arrival, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals area, holding a sign with your name.

  • Prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise stated.

  • Please ensure that all booking details (flight number, contact information, pickup time) are correct to guarantee a smooth transfer.
